About the Early Childhood Workforce Incentive Scale:

Nevada’s Preschool Development Grant Birth - 5 (PDG B-5) is developing an incentives scale for family and workforce engagement opportunities to share their voices and lived experiences and inform early childhood programs and services.

In collaboration with The Children's Cabinet, this project supports workforce and family incentives to equitably participate in PDG B-5 initiatives designed to gather input from target populations and meaningfully engage in the Nevada early childhood system.
