First 5 Nevada Screening & Connection Event Sponsorship Opportunity

In honor of Week of the Young Child and the One Year Anniversary of First 5 Nevada (a program of The Children’s Cabinet) we are hosting an “Early Childhood Screening & Connection” event along with our partners from the UNLV Doctoral Occupational Therapy Program and the College of Southern Nevada. The intent of the event is to provide no-cost screenings – health, developmental, behavioral, etc. – and provide on-site referral to programs and services for families with young children.

The event will take place on Saturday, April 5th from 10am to 2pm at the College of Southern Nevada Charleston Campus. The event is will include nearly 30 different community organizations and serve hundreds of families in Southern Nevada.

First 5 Nevada is inviting you to participate as a sponsor for this amazing event!

Event sponsorships will be used to purchase necessary materials and signage for the event, enhance promotion to families throughout Southern Nevada, and provide resources, materials, and incentives to participants. Specifically, financial support will be utilized to:

• Develop and print event specific signage including banners to help guide participants
• Develop and print event materials including referral forms and reporting forms for all
  participating organizations
• Promote the event via social media and paid advertising opportunities
• Support live media remotes to support and promote the event
• Provide participant incentives, promotional materials, and refreshments
• Provide translation and interpretation services for participants, as needed

Sponsors will not only be helping families get screened and connected to programs and
services, but will also receive recognition of their support, as outlined in the sponsorship
levels below.

Since April 2024, when First 5 Nevada first launched, the website has had nearly 120,000
unique users, over 700,000 tracked events, and nearly 12 million impressions across all
digital platforms! Join us to help all families get connected to the programs and services
they need to help their children thrive!
